HRBluSky is a cloud-based HR administration and employee engagement platform used by employees, HR administrators, and HR service providers. MTeamz is a loyalty program that encourages customers to shop or use services from associated businesses, providing discounts or loyalty points for future purchases.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Madurai. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, lead generation, sales, and business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and team members
• Attention to details and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in software services industry is a plus
• Education - Any Degree
• Willingness to travel.
