Job description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Associate to join our team. The IT Associate will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This position reports directly to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Perform routine backups and ensure data integrity and security. Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.Job tags
