- 8 yrs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leading the accounting Team in the organization. Provide necessary support to team member for accounting data entry and corresponding documentation Providing necessary support to team members to ensure the monthly closing of accounts is done in all respect. Ensuring that the team members provide timely data for compliance and ensure the timely and correct compliances are done for all companies. Design the MIS system for all companies and verification of completeness and correctness of MIS. Ensuring that all legal compliances are completed fully and within time by coordinating with tax teams. Responsible for yearly closing of accounts and completion of audit Responsible for creating Budgets for each department and monitoring of the same. Implement Budgetary controls for all companies. Preparing weekly cashflow and following cashflow regulations. Handling banking activity of all companies to ensure the best finance options are made available to all companies. Responsible to ensure the funding availibity as per the needs of the company. Responsible for quarterly reporting to the management on the performance of the company. Establishing credit control policy in the organization. Ensuring implementation of credit control policy with the help of corresponding department. Responsible for preparing costing systems for all companies, Spl manufacturing company. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Education Skills:
- MCOM and CA Articleship done or MCOM and MBA (Finance) Qualified CA or CMA will be preferred Experience:
- Experience as finance manager or similar designation of 7-8 years. Experience of Heading team in finance department Experience in credit control and costing will be preferred. Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution industry is must. Other Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Business Analytic skills required to ensure understanding of business. Excellent skills in accounting in tally with inventory accounting and cost center accounting. Working skills in accounting in other ERP systems Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office
Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to lead team and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Ethical behavior in dealing with all stakeholders is must.
