Clients can leverage our global network to access key decision-makers who share their expertise.Job Title: Research AnalystResponsibilities:Scout and engage experts from targeted organizations to offer insights on pertinent subject matters.Conduct thorough research and compile essential data points and contact details of senior industry experts within targeted companies using various professional networks and databases.Utilize platforms and diverse recruitment sites to establish connections with and persuade top global thought leaders.Ensure the authenticity of potential experts through meticulous screening processes and provide comprehensive explanations of the onboarding procedures.Maintain consistent communication and diligently follow up with key experts to facilitate seamless onboarding within specified timeframes.Cultivate enduring relationships with subject matter experts to promote their active involvement in expert consultations.Extract valuable market intelligence through insightful conversations with experts and disseminate relevant findings to team members as necessary.Requirements:Seek a minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment, Outbound Business Development, or Lead Generation roles.Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with a robust academic background.Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Show proficiency in multitasking and adeptly managing extensive datasets.Preferably adept in utilizing MS Office applications, especially Excel.Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.Flexible availability to work on alternate Saturdays.What We Offer:Competitive remuneration package in a rapidly expanding growth-stage global company.Exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.An inclusive and diverse workplace culture that values all perspectives.Access to comprehensive training and development opportunities.
