Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru - Mahadevpura, for a Recruiter Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for hiring, posting, managing vendor, policies, programs, and practices. Job portal knowledge is must. The Human Resources Specialist will also work closely with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment and retention plans to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for driverpositions.

· Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

· Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for driver positions.

· Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for driver roles.

· Coordinate and schedule driving tests/interviews with operations team and other relevant stakeholders.

· Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their driving abilities, professionalism, and fit for the organization.

· Administer pre-employment assessments and develop a rapport with the drivers.

· Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.

· Coordinate new hire on boarding processes, including completion of paperwork and orientation sessions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive employment practices, and legal requirements related to driver recruitment.

· Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire.

. Create and implement a regular engagement activity with the drivers working in the organization to address and understand their grievances and feedbacks.
