'1. Installation, upgrade and maintenance of z/OS and related CA/BMC products2. Sound knowledge in SMPE3. Installation and maintenance of program products4. Proficiency in Assembler, Rexx, CLIST is expected5. Good knowledge of system initialization and tuning6. Good Knowledge & Experience in SYSPLEX7. Knowledge in HCD and working with IODFs8. Good Knowledge in Disaster Recovery9. Knowledge in storage concepts' (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.)
