Job Description
Instittutional business-
responsible for top line and the profitability of the channel. Liaisoning with the concerned govt authorities for smoother operations
Maintaining financial health of the channel
Introduction of new products to fortify the portfolio in the channel
International Business.
Full-fledged set factory in one of the SAARC countries (already operational for one brand)
P&L responsibility of the countries
Planning for all sales / Trade marketing and marketing initiatives. Position also is responsible for GTM structure in the country befitting the changing requirement as the business scales up
Sales capability enhancement of the team through need identification and relevant training
The Successful Applicant
At least 10-15 years of overall experience with majority experience in FMCG industry
Strong exposure to international markets (SAARC mandatory)
Demonstrated capability in handling the institutional/B2B channel
Candidates with a good educational pedigree will be preferred
