Skill: RTR / P2P

Experience:-1 Year to 8 Years

Location: Nagpur

Experience Required:-

 3 to 5 Years' experience in Finance & Accounting process

 Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting

 Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation

 Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)

 Preparation of SLA reports

 Ensure all queries are dealt with and escalated where necessary

 Works beyond the roles boundaries to be able to support the whole function as and when required

 Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines

Job Qualification:-

 Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance/Commerce

Technical Skills:-

 Excellent Domain Knowledge

 ERP - SAP would be an added advantage.

 MS Office proficient

 Excel and PowerPoint skills

 Blackline Recon Tool (preferred)

Soft Skills:-

 Good communication skills

 Problem-solving skills

 Working with quick turn-around deadlines

 Ability to think creatively, proactive, and self-motivated
