Skill: RTR / P2P
Experience:-1 Year to 8 Years
Location: Nagpur
Experience Required:-
3 to 5 Years' experience in Finance & Accounting process
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation
Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
Preparation of SLA reports
Ensure all queries are dealt with and escalated where necessary
Works beyond the roles boundaries to be able to support the whole function as and when required
Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
Job Qualification:-
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance/Commerce
Technical Skills:-
Excellent Domain Knowledge
ERP - SAP would be an added advantage.
MS Office proficient
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Blackline Recon Tool (preferred)
Soft Skills:-
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Working with quick turn-around deadlines
Ability to think creatively, proactive, and self-motivated
