Role Description
The Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical and customer support to clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi. The position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely and professional technical support, and documenting customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer support
- Expertise in popular operating systems and software (Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Knowledge or experience in networking and security is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
