Job description

We re hiring for a US mortgage Tax Calling process, a semi-voice role. Local US governments impose property taxes on real estate or personal property. The associate s responsibility is to comprehend property tax values and relay this information through a designated template to the client. The Associate will gather tax data, understand and calculate delinquent amounts, assess tax requirements, and initiate mailaways as necessary, utilizing emails and/or calls.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact tax assessor s/collector s offices to acquire real estate property tax information.
• Enter obtained information accurately into the system.
• Achieve a daily output of 35 completed tax certifications.
• Manage the pipeline on a daily basis.
• Prioritize order entries based on urgency and adhere to defined TAT.
• Ensure team ramp-up aligns with the committed plan.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analysis of loan files.
• Meet daily targets and comply with communicated SLAs.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by Management./li

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant experience of 0-2 years.
• Ability to understand delinquent amounts, assess tax requirements, and initiate Mailaways.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with a high accuracy level and capable of self-reviewing work.
• Proficiency in MS Office analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
• Team player, adaptable to change, and capable of positively handling pressure.
