Role: Network Security Customer Success Engineer Experience: 4-6 years Location: WFH

Skills: Network Engineering, Architecture, CyberSecurity Engineering, technical consulting, professional services, or similar role

Mandatory Skills: Firewall, Routers, Switches, Networking Security (Static Routes, RIP/OSPF/BGP/LDAP/IPSEC/SSL-VPN/NAT/GRE)

Job Description: Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) provide expertise in deployment, adoption, optimization, and resolving escalations. Collaborating with technical teams worldwide, you'll ensure customers get the most from our products.

Responsibilities: Provide deep technical expertise in deployment, upgrades, optimization, and lifecycle management Drive product adoption through best practices, upgrade planning, and security posture improvement Influence product roadmap by identifying innovative use cases and customer needs Advocate for customers, ensuring they maximize their investment and achieve security objectives Collaborate with account teams to deliver high-visibility, high-touch delivery strategies

Technical Skills: 4+ years of experience in Network Engineering, CyberSecurity Engineering, or similar roles Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux OS applications and Networking Security protocols Experience with public cloud platforms (IaaS), networking devices, and Internet security technologies Detailed understanding of network infrastructure, routing protocols, and SD-WAN Certifications such as PCNSE, PCNSA, CISSP are a plus
