Role Description

Division: Herbal, Ayurvedic Medicines

Position: Medical Sales Manager / Regional Medical Sales Manager

No. of openings: 10

Location - Multiple Locations across India New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Nagpur, Sonipat, Meerut, Jaipur, Varanasi, Rohtak, Lucknow, etc

Experience: 1 years onwards (Nephrology, Endocrinology, Gynaecology, etc experience is preferred)

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream (Preferred from science background)

Salary: As per the company standard expenses

Incentive : Lucrative (Best in the Industry)

Employment Type: Full time.

We need someone experienced in marketing pharmaceutical products and familiar with local doctors, chemists, and distributors. The job requires full-time fieldwork, focusing on conducting market surveys, promoting our unique products to doctors, generating ethical prescriptions, and meeting revenue targets. Pay is tied to performance. We seek someone ambitious and ready for challenges.

Responsibilities include:

- Monitoring monthly sales targets closely

- Arranging meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals

- Learning about our products and implementing promotional strategies

- Maintaining daily contact with doctors and adhering to coverage plans

- Creating lists of distributors and chemists

- Providing inventory updates to the reporting manager

- Collecting orders and payments promptly

- Planning primary and secondary sales by distributor

- Tracking secondary supplies and securing orders from various sources

- Reporting daily activities and performance to the operations head

- Addressing healthcare professionals' needs and concerns

- Developing relationships with doctors and keeping detailed records

- Staying informed about company products and market trends
