 Research current trends in social media and create content that

resonates with the brand.

 Focus on enhancing brand positioning and awareness within the

premium chocolate gifting Industry.

 Oversee operations, ensuring seamless coordination among

departments to optimize resources and maximize output.

 Engage with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring a well-

coordinated backend process and providing top-notch customer service.

 Ensure the smooth functioning of e-commerce orders with the e –

commerce dispatch Team.
