Job description
. Ensure proper documentation for all the activities like employee joining, exit, police clearances, insurance, leaves, allowance, etc. happens on regular basis and is maintained.
. Ensure faultless entry of data for all employees in the human resource management system regarding salaries, date of joining, grades, etc.
. Interact with the employees and assist them with all queries related to any HR policies, listen to their concerns and try and resolve issues at the earliest.
. Preparing data for payroll and providing correct inputs for running payroll monthly.
