We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Advocacy and Customer Marketing to join our best-in-class Customer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a customer reference and advocacy program in a B2B technology organization.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, advocacy and loyalty. This is a customer-facing position where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to showcase the value of our solutions through compelling storytelling and by nurturing strong relationships with our customers. You will develop a formal reference program that rewards and incentivizes customers to partner on creating case studies, videos and testimonials. You are also responsible for building the mechanisms that amplify customer evidence across the sales cycle. In addition, you will work across functions to satisfy business requirements for customer participation in activities such as sales calls, analyst interviews, peer reviews, event speakers, press releases and more.

Flexible to work in shift starting 3 PM IST.
