JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive strategic solution building for Neolytix by combining Processes, Methodologies, Technology and People
Stay up to date on latest Industry trends relevant to the service areas we are active in
Conduct structured competitor analysis and present findings to the management on a regular basis
Prepare Go To Market (GTM) on new solutions Neolytix pitches in the marketplace
Own the Sales collateral and pitch decks used by Sales team – prepare sophisticated and appealing presentations that drive wins for the sales team
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Representative and Marketing team to drive prospects in the sales funnel
Own select / strategic account o pportunities in the sales pipeline and convert them as Wins
I dentify Target audience needs by building service solutions to increase sales and improve brand positioning
Conduct Competitive research on price and features of services to recommend a solution design and sales tactics
Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets
Work with the PR/ marketing team to promote services & bundles
Drive cross sell of services across existing accounts by creating unique GTM’s for existing accounts
Who are we looking for?
2-5 years of pre - sales / Business Development experience working in US Healthcare in a BPO/KPO/ITO
Technology savvy – Understanding of technologies like Web technolo gies, CRM/ Speech Analytics, AI, ML, RPA, Agile Framework, SaaS platforms that can be applied to create business solutions
High fluid intelligence to creatively bring technology and service solutions together for a go to market
Can bring in a structured approach to Service research, competitor analysis, SWOT etc
Can create highly effective Go To Market Value proposition that resonates with customer needs
English language fluency (oral and written) ; expanded american english vocabulary
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills ; Good eye for design and copywriting p itches to prospects
Good leadership and management skills

Marketing Flair – Good with words and creative punchlines
Presentation Skills – Ca pable of curating professional slide decks and compelling proposals tailored for clients’ needs.

Solutionning- Conversant with 3rd party technology apps , adept at research ing and implement apps to creatively bundle with services for distinctive client solutions .

Education
Undergraduate degree in Medical / Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred
Post Graduate MBA in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, IT or MCA
Mix of Technical and Functional background in education
