Job description

1. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies
and objectives.
2. Train team members and provide support as instructed by the management.
3. Assist in managing and supervising project Timelines, budgets, and resources for civil
engineering projects.
4. Coordinate with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality
standards.
5. Monitor and report project progress, identifying any potential risks and proposing solutions.
6. Provide support in resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise during
project execution.
7. Assist in the evaluation and improvement of operational processes to enhance overall
efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project
completion.
9. Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation as required by the
management.
