Job description
Job Title: Manager – Sports Media
Client : Leading media powerhouse
Location : Bengaluru / Mumbai
Experience : 4 to 8 years
Education : MBA or any Master's Degree
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Role & Responsibilities:
o Responsible for developing and executing demand-generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
o Leading a team of marketing professionals to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
o Monitoring and analysing key marketing metrics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend.
o Collaborating with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring effective lead handoff and pipeline management.
o Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
o Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance, key initiatives, and recommendations for improvement.
Mandatory requirements:
o High ownership and problem-solving skills
o Working knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Demand Base, MS Office Suite
o Experience in Sports Media
Good to have :
o Excellent communication (Verbal & Written)
o Openness to feedback and willingness to take up additional responsibilities
o Preference will be given to people from a Sports Media background
