Description of the Role

• Review, finalize, and schedule email marketing assets.
• Set up and prepare email campaigns for timely launch.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing targets.
• Collect, organize, and streamline campaign-related data.
• Set up and test tracking systems for email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with our Operations, Art, Printer, Finance, Tech, and Sales teams to ensure
  we nail every detail of our campaigns.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels.
• Effectively and proactively execute daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Compensation & Benefits

• $700 per month
• Night Shift Allowance

Details

• This will be a one-year fixed-term position with a possibility to convert into a permanent role
• This is a WFH role
• Working hours are Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST
