Based in New Delhi, India, BOI has pioneered technologies and system solutions in hotels, hospitals, food services, waste handling, material transport, sanitary maintenance, and safety products. They continue to develop innovative products and are soon to have a website operational.

Role Description

This is a full-time Business Office Assistant role located on-site in Delhi, India. Daily tasks include providing administrative assistance, managing office administration, and performing basic accounting tasks. The Business Office Assistant will also provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and vendors.

  • Administrative assistance experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Office administration proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is a plus
