Job description
You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.
How you will contribute
- You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy
- To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application
- In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders

- Enable and evolve analytical products for Sales Execution & RGM to support key business decisions, define and document deployment standards for Sales analytical products.
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in the area of responsibility to support Sales digitization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute in building market-driven, feasible, and sustainable analytics products that meet business requirements.
- This includes building an analytics product strategy with reusable core architectural components and Identifing improvement opportunities areas
- Partners with relevant experience towers and business data scientists to ensure proper product deployment and standards
- Play the bridge role between Business and technical teams, being able to understand business requirements and translate to technical language (and viceversa).
- Support & Drive the Sales Analytics products design
- Proposes state-of-the-art solutions which fit into the overall Data and Analytics strategy, roadmap and solutions architecture
- Candidates must be experienced with Microsoft Power BI including visualizing data for interactive reporting and dashboards, using DAX to code new metrics & KPIs, and data modeling and data wrangling (ETL/ELT) for combining high volume data from Sales, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Consumption / Point of Sale (POS), enterprise Budgets/Targets, and other common sales data sources and systems. Experience with Power Query (M), BigQuery/GCP, SQL, and SAP/BW are a huge plus
- Own and contribute to playbooks creation to standardize Data analytic product documentation
- Initial Assignment (at least 1 Year) will be on project ARISE to drive the data model design in Power BI. Project ARISE is for US market and its required to overlap with EST time zone (East Hanover) at least till Noon EST time.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- A minimum of 6 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics experience in Sales processes and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Power BI dataset/dashboards development in complex environments (high number of sources, high data volume), DAX code and PBI data model design
- Experience with Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence implementations. Experience in Power BI AI embedded tools
