Assist in building and cultivating positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Respond to client inquiries, providing information, and addressing basic service-related queries.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the relationship management team.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records, updating databases, and managing documentation.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Assist in preparing and sending out client communications.
Client Onboarding:
Support the client onboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Data Management:
Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
Assist in organizing and analyzing client data for reporting purposes.
Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with team members to address basic client concerns or issues.
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
Product Knowldege:
Develop a basic understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the relationship management team.
Assist in coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
