Job description

What will you get to do
You will take role of an Engineering Manager. Expectation from Role holder is to be tech expert, lead tech teams with high people management quotient and prioritize tasks/ sprints. You will manage a team of 10-20 members and over a period, multiple products portfolios. This is to ensure you monitor Sprints & Performance optimization for systems. You will drive technical design, re-design, remodelling and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As an Engineering Manager, you partner with cross functional teams, Product Manager as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews.
You will build processes for team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership. We expect you to do a detailed & periodic assessment of people, define their career path, and ensure knowledge transfer.
Profile Expectations:
• Total Experience: 8-12 Years
• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. PG is good to have.
• Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Hands on experience in various database like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience in Software Development using React/ Angular and Node.js/ GraphQL.
• Preferred: Designed, developed, deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
• Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
• Also experience in Blockchain, Web3, NFT, Ethereum, Mining, Token, Hyperledger would be preferred.
Team handling: 30%, Tech Leadership: 70%
