Job description
The Oberoi Group, founded in 1934, is a luxury hotel group with its head office in Delhi. The company owns and operates luxury hotels, primarily under its Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident brands in India.
We are currently looking to hire Marketing Technology Specialist based at our Corporate Office, Delhi. This resource shall report into Corporate IT and shall collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments. Description of the role is given below, The individual's primary role will be :- To drive Digital Marketing initiatives and be responsible for Marketing and Sales technologies (Sales, Websites, Loyalty solutions and interface with third party solutions) that are currently deployed. To support business stakeholders in development, maintenance of current systems and driving the technology solutions. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Information Technology. To align marketing technology initiatives with business objectives. To collaborate with business to develop and execute a comprehensive digital technology strategy. We are looking for candidates with :- 8-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Technologies, knowledge of Marketing Automation Platform is preferable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable. Excellent Project Management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Job tags
