Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Marketing Officer (Revenue Sharing Model) to lead and manage our organization's sales and marketing efforts. This full-time role is located at our Noida office. The Chief Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, managing revenue sharing model and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing performance to the executive team.
Remuneration:
The compensation for this role will be based on a Revenue Sharing Model, reflecting the candidate's ability to drive and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT Service Sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Experience in a leadership role and a deep understanding of global IT markets are essential.
Serviceable Area:
The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for sales activities globally, working with clients and partners from various regions.
