This position will be responsible for keeping control over corporate income tax related numbers reported in the financial statements and for executing CbCR (and other tax transparency) Reporting for all APMM entities across the globe. Successful candidate shall work with business controllers, external service providers, auditors and other professionals in carrying out his/her responsibilities.

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for keeping control over corporate income tax related numbers reported in the financial statements and for executing CbCR (and other tax transparency) Reporting for all APMM entities across the globe. Successful candidate shall work with business controllers, external service providers, auditors and other professionals in carrying out his/her responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with keeping control over corporate income tax reporting process and ensuring proper explanation for tax numbers reported in the financial statements.
- Assist with ETR explanations.
- Assist with data collection for monthly tax and management reporting including tonnage tax, tax on financial items, taxes paid etc.
- Collect data and draft Country by Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Assist with DAC6 (and other tax transparency) Reporting. Generate monthly information from OneStream for all transactions between blacklisted jurisdictions and EU member states.
- Assist with preparation of Annual Tax Report.
- Assist with requests from the auditors.
- Own and operating Corporate Tax Controls.
- Analyse, research and support in interpreting tax reporting and tax transparency reporting requirements.
- Initiate/ lead/ support:
- Process designing, standardization, automation, efficiencies and improvement initiatives.
- Data quality improvement projects/ initiatives.
- IT system implementations and/or changes.
- Other tax related projects.
- Effective, pro-active communication with external and internal stakeholders as necessary, including owners of upstream processes such as ATR (Accounting), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Local Statutory Reporting and Group Reporting.
- Supervise, manage, train, coach and develop team members (possibly in the future).
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in the following fields:
- International Corporate Tax Reporting. IFRS tax reporting and disclosures.
- Country by Country Reporting.
- DAC6 Reporting
- Process management and improvement.
- The aforesaid experience should be in the following types of organizations, in order of preference:
- Shared services or centres of excellence of large MNCs.
- Large MNCs/ Indian companies.
- A combination of big 4 advisory firms with one or more of the above.
- Knowledge about financial, accounting and tax systems, processes and controls.
- Experience of working with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Awareness of or experience with tax reporting software/ tools.
- Willingness to learn new applications and explore smarter ways of working.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with different levels of stakeholder, both internal and external.
- Detail orientated, proven commitment to high quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Flexible, able to work to deadlines and to prioritise effectively.
- Team player, with some experience of managing or leading small teams, including qualified professionals.
