Job Purpose

. To manage the learning & development needs of assigned Region for Employees, Partners & Advisors through Training Need Analysis, Training programs, Joint Field Work and other business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

. To c oordinate with Employees, Partners & Advisors to understand their learning requirements & provide the necessary development interventions.

. To p repare Training Calendars in discussion with Sales team and ensure adherence .

. To t rain Employees on Products and Processes

. To l iaison with Regional Office and Zonal Team to provide feedback on Training content requirements

. To s upport Employees, Partners & Advisors on call for demonstration and observation along with Sales RA's

. To c ommunicate & track completion of learning assignments including e-learning for Employees, Partners & Advisors

. To m anage all the MIS and records related to Regional Training activities and maintain documents and updates for Audit purposes.

. Regulatory (IRDAI) Licensing of Partner Employees & Agents

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Full time Graduate/Post Graduate MBA preferred, AMFI Certification, A-III, Training Certifications

Experience

Min 4-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Training in Financial /Life Insurance Industry
