Role and Key Responsibilities: Lead Physical security function for sites Supervising day to day security operations Coordinate and support client/process audits from Physical Security per se Physical Security Vendor Management Physical Security project planning and execution. Conduct onsite and offsite physical security survey and prepare risk assessment report Training and induction of security staff Supervision of Security Control room operation Overall supervision of CCTV surveillance Coordination and implementation of Annual Fire evacuation drills for the sites Physical security budgetary control for the span Key Skills and knowledge: Risk Assessment - to understand latest physical security risk CCTV - Knowledge of latest CCTV and related software knowledge Control Access System- Knowledge of various CAS Fire Audit- Should have basic knowledge of fire extinguishers and building fire protection system Physical Fitness- Should be physically fit to move around the site multiple times a day Decision making- should have ability to make decision at independent sites at odd hours.
