Please be ready to do a little extra as we are going to be some work ! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Hamster London in New Delhi. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with retail sales such as engaging with customers, understanding product knowledge and communicating with customers on their needs.
Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities Retail Sales and Customer Service experience Product Knowledge of various retail products and Merchandising skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also working independently Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field Prior experience in retail sales, customer service or related field is preferred Relevant skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of point of sale software, visual merchandising, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and a certification courses in retail or merchandising.Job tags
