Role : Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Description :
Understand guidelines as per the requirements of the clients/company.
You will drive direct B2C , B2B and C2C marketing to reach the right target consumer.
You will lead all our ongoing projects online/offline marketing campaigns to enable all manner of organic and paid marketing for user conversion.
You will devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our clients target consumers and use data and market intelligence to drive acquisition and retention efforts at each stage of the customer life cycle.
You will be responsible to lead digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, engagement and retention
Organic digital marketing through SEO, Blogging, Content Strategy, Social Media.
Performance marketing campaigns across all marketing channels (Social, Google, Affiliates).
Own ROI driven digital marketing i.e: user acquisition, re-marketing & re- engagement.
Though you will be independently responsible for the growth marketing, you will have support from other team members like content and design to augment marketing stories.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and meet business objectives
Research current social media trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategies
Create engaging content on a regular basis for different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Optimize the use of various social media platforms
Collaborate with the design and content team
Suggest and implement ideas so as to enhance brand awareness of BrandAxis
You will be responsible for Social media content calendar curation, online reputation management, posting and social media execution
You will need to closely work with our founders in devising a client onboarding strategy pitch, plan end to end execution.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in Advertising or working with a Digital Agency
BBM or Mass Comm Graduates preferable
Well versed with various tools like hootsuite, buffer, sproutsocial , SEM rush, etc
Good oral and written communication skills
Creatively inclined and updated with current industry trends.
