Job description
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; flexible, and adaptable to change.

Liaison and manage relations with sister offices and customers.
Dealing with internal & external customers and situations with a professional and resourceful manner for resolution
Ensuring depth of deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner with a problem solving attitude.
Follow customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Liaison with Various teams such as Research, and Quality Control team to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer deliverables.
Working with Senior Management Teams to achieve Department s and D&B s vision and mission.
Verbal and written communication skills should be as per globally accepted standard.
Ability to articulate with confidence and clarity
