JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Sr Analyst in Legal & Compliance shall encompass various tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
• Draft, review, manage obligations, risk analysis, resolutions etc.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance activities and prepare reports
• Gather different information for regulatory filing, common holding and liaise with audit and business units
• Supporting and gathering data for SEC 13F filing
• Supporting activities and data gathering for Iran Sanctions Compliance
• Coordinate with internal and outside council and assist with data organization
• Support to maintain and create corporate structure information for different entities within an organization
• Responding Due Diligence, Counterparty KYC, and regulatory compliances
