As we expand our wedding offerings, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Wedding Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed wedding revenue targets. Identify and qualify potential wedding couples through proactive lead generation and relationship building. Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand couples' wedding visions and budgets. Showcase Chokhi Dhani's unique wedding venues and services, highlighting the benefits of a Rajasthani-themed celebration. Negotiate and close wedding contracts, ensuring clear communication and exceeding client expectations. Oversee all aspects of the wedding booking process, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and event logistics. Foster strong relationships with wedding planners and vendors, building a collaborative network. Manage and maintain wedding proposals and client databases. Analyze wedding market trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative and competitive wedding packages. Track and report on wedding sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and exceeding client satisfaction benchmarks. Maintain a deep understanding of Chokhi Dhani's wedding packages and services to provide exceptional guest service. Mandatory Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel wedding sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of the wedding industry trends and best practices. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with couples and wedding professionals. Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in sales and CRM software (a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
