About the Department

People and Organisation in Global Business Services (PO GBS) is a team of 200+ employees responsible for global processes such as Employee Data Management (EDM), Master Data Management (MDM), GxP Training, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility and People Analytics. P&O GBS is the backbone of Global People Organisation with a strong presence across the value chain. We aspire to play a key role in the P&O strategy 2027 with specific focus on scalability, digital innovation and being a talent hub,

 

The Position

The overall responsibility of the Executive Assistant and Manager PMO position is to support the Vice President of PO GBS and the Leadership team in executing management activities. This includes all management processes as well as supporting the VP in running cross organizational projects, preparing decision materials (internal and external presentations; follow up on action points), managing service performance, executing organizational changes, and ensuring and driving compliance .
