Continual improvement on quality of products and cost reduction by modification of formulation
Sourcing new raw material and alternative raw material and its evaluation for cost reduction - Managing and assigning team of Ramp;D and QAamp;QC activities in the lab - Scale up of trial batches of new products for process modification and its application testing - Providing data to prepare SOP's, TDS and MSDS for new products - Hands on experience in formulation development of tile fixing adhesive, epoxy and PU flooring and coating, concrete repair and waterproofing etc., - Technical support, complaint handling, shade development. - Maintenance of lab equipment and instruments and its calibration
Qualification amp; Experience B.Sc+MSc+Phd/B.Tech+ Mtech with 12 -15 Years experience in Ramp; D of Construction Chemicals /Building Materials Experience will vary for chemist amp; Executive profile
