Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities Understand business goals and priorities and support manager and business leaders in driving people agenda. Provide consultation to business on manpower planning. Ensures smooth on/off boarding, transfer processes and conduct New Employee Orientation program for new hires. Identify training needs and work on employee development Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met. Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. Able mediator and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. Work closely with line management in Career Development Discussion, Succession Planning and Performance meetings Track and feed right inputs to the payroll team. Should be able to drive the change management initiatives. Working knowledge of legal requirements related to employment, wages, Shops and Establishment laws.

Qualifications 4-6 Yrs of experience as a HR business partner, preferably within same industry. Postgraduate in HR Should be able to join immediately. This position will be based out of Hyderabad and a work from office role with 5 day working
