Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Arrow 3PL Corp located in Gurugram, Haryana, India The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, recruiting, and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, regulatory requirements . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive employee experience, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and maintaining comprehensive employee records.
