Job Summary:
The Brand Activation Officer is responsible for planning executing and evaluating brand activation initiatives at retail locations. This role involves developing strategies to enhance brand visibility deploy instore activities engage customers and drive sales through effective activation campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning Strategy Execution:
Develop a comprehensive brand activation calendar aligning with an overall marketing plan.
Plan & execute the modern trade promotions and brand initiatives inalignment with the store & sales team.
Collaborate with the internal team (Sales & Brand) to integrate brand activations seamlessly.
Coordinate with 3 rd party vendors for timely deployment of POS collateral inshop activities logistics and necessary brand collateral Reporting & Analytical:
Evaluate the effectiveness of brand activations through metrics such as sales (PreDuringPost) and customer feedback.
Drive costefficient and scalable modules for longterm executions.
Periodic reports submission on the performance of the brand activation initiatives.
Providing timely reports on competitive initiatives
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand hygiene standards are followed & implemented seamlessly.
Coordinate with MT Sales team to align activations and sales goals.
Liaise with external vendors for timely execution of brand activations
