Persyaratan Pekerjaan
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, or a related field
At least 2 years experience working as Field Assistant
Maximum 30 years old
Having good communication skills, leadership, man/team management, and responsibility
Having great agricultural skills in palm oil not limited to Land Clearing, Nursery, Immature, and Mature
Excellent skills in Ms Office
Ability work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
Willing to be placed in all company business units (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi) based on candidate profile
Willing to be relocated according company needs
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Prepare daily, monthly and annually work programs for planting, upkeeping, harvesting, and etc.
Prepare divisional data for the annual budget planning based on the strategy and evaluation program
Coordinate and distribute daily programs to Foreman (Mandor) & Clerk (Kerani), ensure the program is carried out according to target
Setting up manpower planning to implement daily programs based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Prepare all tools and materials in good condition to support the daily program
Collaborate with Traction Machinery Assistant to carry out all crops production and support transportation activities based on daily program that has been prepared
Collaborate with Research team of Bah Lias Research Station (BLRS) for latest improvement and agronomy update
Monitoring & Controlling daily programs who implemented by subordinates
Evaluate daily programs with Foreman (Mandor) and Planning for next day's program
Analyze the bottlenecks for each problem related to agronomy or non-agronomy
Maintain good relationships with teams, employees, government, community leaders, and communities around estate
Coordinate with Operation Administration Department (OAD) Team for data collection in the division for company projections or future decision making
Managing teams to improve their knowledge and skills for implementing agronomy programs
Ensure teams know and follow SOP not limited to upkeeping, harvesting, and safety
