Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Transform technical-led operations to hospitality-led operations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations to develop operating efficiencies.
- Organizing and overseeing all facility activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience
- Coordinating with various functions, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the organization. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital for effectively liaising with team, members, and other stakeholders.
- Request and escalation management - Should be able to handle member escalations, enforcing regulations, and ensuring efficient management of supplies and expenses
- Liaison with the Facility management teams to get the work done seamlessly
- Manage P&L and profitability for facility operations
- Identify and help ensure that the strategic goals for hospitality and operations are executed properly
- Resource allocation whenever and wherever needed
- Establish standard operating procedures and new ways of working
- Enhance touchpoint for ongoing customer engagement
- Setup centralized COEs and command centres for efficient facility operations
Must Haves:
- Ability to function independently yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues
- Experience of handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential
- Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment
- Like challenges, and embraces change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
Experience and Skills:
- 20+ years or equivalent experience in hospitality, operations, or related experience. Customer service experience required
- 15+ years of management experience of leading a team of individual contributors
- Must have strong skills in project management, and business operations experience especially in the hospitality sector
- Bachelors / Masters or equivalent degree preferred in Operations Management, Hospitality, or other fields
