Job description
Prerequisites:
Reputable and well-rounded Ayurvedic practitioner acquiring strong knowledge on wellbeing, ayurveda and nutritionist (Preferably an Ayurveda Doctor).
Education: B.A.M.S – Ayurveda, Certification in Yoga, Reiki and any other healing therapy. Experience: 11+ years of experience in 5-star at least 3 hospitality brands will be preferable, with international exposure.
Responsibilities for Head of Wellbeing:
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Develop and maintain adequate professional product program.
- Ensure consistent Spa experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
- Able to curate and promote different wellness programs.
- Able to implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximise spa revenue.
- Able to analyse and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate solutions, options and resolution.
- Responsible to develop strong product quality and treatment measures,
- Responsible for the departmental training plan and conduct hands-on training for the new recruitment.
- Responsible to identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele to promote Spa services.
- Able to achieve high performance and operational standards.
- Able to handle any guest complaints or special requirements.
