Role Description
This is a full-time off-site role for a Senior Patent Analyst. As a Senior Patent Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on patents, preparing and filing patent applications, and providing advisory services to clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing the patentability of inventions, monitoring competitors' patent activities, and providing competitive intelligence to clients.
Qualifications
- Patent Preparation and Analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct comprehensive patent research
- Thorough knowledge of Patent Law and procedures
- Ability to assess patentability of inventions
- Experience in providing competitive intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering or related field, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in intellectual property law
- 2+ years of experience in intellectual property law or patent analysis is desired
