As an expert for competence management, you are responsible for the development of the competence matrix framework and roadmap for competence management on the basis of the CP strategic workforce plan
You will facilitate competence management discussions with our leaders and work collaboratively with a small virtual CM team of nominated persons within the business units to support implementation of competence management initiatives in each CP unit
You are responsible for developing KPIs which reflect the outcome and efficiency to successful competence management initiatives. Using these KPIs, you will review competence management implementation with the business leaders to ensure alignment with the requirements and effectiveness of the trainings
Conduct reviews of the competence management matrix and roadmap to ensure they remain robust and fit-for-purpose for the CP units
What You Bring
The foundation of your success is a Bachelor s degree with a further qualification and several years relevant work experience in competence management
We are looking for sophisticated knowledge in Competence Management (expert certification is preferred) and a proven track record of driving competence management with business collaborators in an industrial environment, especially in Engineering and Manufacturing
