Purpose of Role:
To be responsible for delivering in line to Network solutions ensuring fulfilment of SLAs for NSC Global managed service customers and to manage all aspects of the network in both the NSC Global data centers and remote local networks, with the main objective to minimize unplanned downtime to the production infrastructure
- Qualifications: B.SC – IT, BCS, BCA, Bachelor Degree, 3 years diploma
- Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of relevant experience.
- Professional skills: Basic Skill - CCNP in R&S or Enterprise, Cisco Routing / Switching; Familiar – Net forensics + Log Rhythm, Proficient –Checkpoint + Juniper; Intermediate troubleshooting skills on BGP and MPLS.
- Desirable: VPN Technologies and Encryption, load balancer solution including F5, Cisco CSS, Cisco PIX/ASA firewalls, Cisco VPN concentrators, Cisco Unified Call manager, Unity and UC products, Cisco Wireless portfolio, Microsoft Windows Server/Exchange, Net usage, Cisco ACS, TACACS, RADIUS and MPLS & VRF’s, SolarWinds NMS modules
- Communication: excellent communication skill orally and in writing at all levels.
- Ability to communicate openly and honestly and to listen and understand the views of others.
- Working Together: demonstrate ability to work in a team and actively supports team objectives.
- Reliable in delivering own objectives and co-operates to support Colleagues and team members.
- Commitment: well organized, methodical and disciplined approach and a clear understanding of role and how it relates to the team’s and organization objectives and willing to learn and develop knowledge based on current work, profile and future endeavors and challenges
