Job Title: Associate Vice President - Growth/Business Development Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Job Category: Business Development/Growth Position Type: Full-Time/ In Office

Position Overview: As the AVP of Business development/Growth Function, you'll be instrumental in propelling our company's success by overseeing revenue generation vertical. A unique blend of sales leadership and talent expertise will be your guide to driving expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: ● Work closely with leadership to drive revenue from global tech verticals. ● Develop and execute strategies to surpass sales targets and tap into new markets. ● Lead end-to-end sales, from client understanding to deal closure. ● Build strong relationships with CxOs, founders, VC/PE firms across India, acting as a trusted advisor. ● Analyze industry trends for growth opportunities. ● Manage sales teams, Oversee P&L ● Elevate Purple Quarter's employer brand at events.

Strategy and Growth: ● Identify market opportunities to drive growth. ● Align sales strategies with company goals. ● Foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements: ● 12+ years in Sales, Business Development vertical with proven success and team leadership in the exec search industry. ● Selling experience to senior stakeholders globally. ● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ● Strong mentoring and tech sector experience preferred. ● Understanding of full-cycle recruitment. ● Hands-on with recruitment marketing and branding. ● Able to evaluate senior sales professionals. ● P&L management experience is crucial.
