Support lean initiatives in all program areas, focused on process improvement to improve quality and reduce waste with clear measurable outcomes
Leads and facilitates Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements
Tracks and analyzes the CI initiatives
To collaborate and work within / outside teams to devise new improvement plans based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.
To efficiently and effectively deliver measurable progress in the following existing initiatives - Automation / Tooling, Change, Problem, Service Delivery and Knowledge management.
Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/workshop sessions with a range of stakeholders (Business users / Support team / Process owners...)

Job Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in an engineering (preferably Manufacturing)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training preferred.
3+ years spent in a full-time continuous improvement role
Trained in Lean methodologies - 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Cell balancing, Standard Work, and Mistake-Proofing
Proven ability facilitating and sustaining Kaizen events and results

Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive projects to completion with long-term sustainability
