**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of SAP Payroll and Industrial Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the SAP payroll system, Compliances, General Administration and overseeing industrial relations activities within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **SAP Payroll Management:**

- Efficiently administer SAP Payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to integrate and streamline payroll data.

2. **Industrial Relations:**

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any issues or disputes promptly.

- Handle negotiations, collective bargaining, and participate in dispute resolution processes.

3. **Data Integrity and Reporting:**

- Maintain payroll data integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

- Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making processes.

4. **Policy Compliance:**

- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update internal policies accordingly.

- Implement and enforce company policies related to industrial relations.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience with SAP Payroll management.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and collective bargaining.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

**Experience:**

- Total 8 to 10 years

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll administration and industrial relations.
