Job description
Job Description :- 4~10 years industry experience. - Hands on Experience in Linux based embedded systems, IoT and connected product using C or C++ programming. - Nice to have python programming or scripting skills. - Software design and development in application, systems and kernel space. - Hands on experience in multiprocessing, multi-threading environment, networking stack, socket programming etc. - Experience with Device drivers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or any other connectivity stack. Mandatory Skills : Embedded Linux Device Driver Key Responsibilities : Embedded System Development : - Design, implement, and maintain embedded Linux-based systems for various hardware platforms. - Develop and optimize device drivers, kernel modules, and board support packages. Bootloader and Firmware Development :- Work on bootloader customization and development (U-Boot, GRUB, etc.). - Develop and maintain firmware for embedded systems. Integration and Testing : - Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with embedded systems. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure reliability and performance. Customization and Configuration : - Customize Linux distributions for specific embedded applications. - Configure and optimize the Linux kernel for embedded environments. Security Implementation : - Implement security measures and best practices in embedded systems. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply patches as needed. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : - Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration. - Collaborate on system architecture and design decisions.
