Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to gather and analyze information on various topics to develop high-quality educational content
- Design and develop instructional materials, including but not limited to, raw deck/presentation structure, e-learning courses, training modules.
- Apply instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create innovative and effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the content team to ensure accuracy,relevance, and engagement of the content.
- Utilise various tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging content that enhances learning and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and adjust content based on feedback and assessment results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e- learning.
- Creating financial tools & calculators to enhance learning experience.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in content development
- bachelors or masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in the field of education or training.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
