Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Sachika Hotels located in Guwahati. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. He will also serve as a liaison between employees and management and will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of practical experience in Human Resources.
• Hospitality industry HR experience will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
